The Spectrum Temperament Development Workshop

The Spectrum Temperament Development Workshop allowed participants to
do
a inventory
of their personality emphases and blends of orientations using the
language of color.
Interaction styles (extrovert & introvert) and the styles of those
emphasizing core
values of competency, duty/responsibility, meaningful relationships,
and
freedom/action were compared and contrasted. Participants gained an
understanding of their own strengths, needs, and motivators, while also
learning to value the differences among the people around them.
Theoretical perspectives were described and applications were made for
leadership
styles and teamwork. For further information or scheduling a future
program you can contact
Jim Wirth, Ph.D. at 417/862-9284 or at wirthj@missouri.edu.
