Community wants assistance to develop or review existing community plan and will develop and keep in place a community plan (copy of plan will be sent to MCB)

Community will participate in MCB Awards Program, either the next competition or attending the next entire conference (at least three community members)

Community will provide documentation it has ability to be ongoing community betterment organization

Community has participation of wide range of community organizations

Community will identify resources in their community to assist them as needed

Community will share their information with other communities and MCB as requested

Preference may be given to new or reactivating community betterment organizations
