Type of Program: Determining and improving local community workforce skill levels

Eligible: Any employer or school district

In an effort to meet the needs of existing or newly locating businesses, it is very important to be able to define a local workforce. We are able to assist business through skill assessments developed by ACT, Inc. This validated approach will help new business determine the potential of a workforce, or help an existing business determine the skills of its existing workforce prior to making improvements.
