Greetings!
Yet another year is coming to a close. The MCB Board would like to thank each local community betterment organization that is working to make their community successful by participating in MCB.
This year we were pleased to have 36 quality communities participate in the judging competition. We continue to have communities working on the planning process to be ready to enter the competition next year. We also had new communities that entered the competition for the first time this year and were award winners! Congratulations again to all the participating communities - you're all winners!
Several communities that have been active in the past are requesting information on re-activating, and as more communities learn about MCB, many are requesting local site visits to hear first-hand about the MCB program.
Please notify MCB Executive Director, Jan Simon at
mcb@iland.net if your group would like more information on assistance to your community.
