2008 MCB Judging Contact List
Please list three people that may be contacted regarding the judges visit to your community. This information will be used to schedule the visit and assist the community and the judges throughout the judging process. Most contacts will be made during working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), but please include a night-time phone number in case it is necessary to contact you after working hours. Please list cell phone numbers and the location for the judging presentation in order to be in constant contact with each other on the day your community is judged. Be sure the people you list know that the MCB office may contact them. Please leave the category and the date of judging lines blank, the MCB Executive Director will fill in this information. This form is due postmarked by July 31, 2008.
